The family wanted to update their home in a way that reflected their lifestyle: simple, seamless and secure. To do this, we embraced unique, original details of the house and complemented them with a soft, minimalistic style. Wall-to-wall windows throughout the first floor inspired a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living. The landscaping, hardscaping and cedar decking brings the outside in, creating a peaceful, balanced atmosphere year-round. Finishes like white oak floors, a solid marble fireplace, organic materials, soft aged brass fixtures, antique rugs and layered textiles keep the space cozy and clean, giving this home a polished yet comfortable energy for entertaining and unwinding.
