After graduating with a degree in fashion design from Kent State University, Molly embarked on her first renovation with her husband Fritz. Upon completion, the desire to start a new project quickly set in. After finding a stately abandoned brick colonial in Shaker Heights, she knew what her next adventure would be. As friends and neighbors stopped by to offer encouragement and check out the progress, the requests for design help became more and more common. Word of mouth spread quickly, and it was soon apparent that the seeds of a new business had been sown. Molly had soon convinced Fritz to come on board, and the rest is history.
Fritz started doing landscape design work during college and operated a landscaping and construction company with a lifelong friend. After growing the business for a few years, Fritz sold his portion and moved on to new endeavors. But the bug to design and build things soon bit him again, and he was asked to helm a large commercial development project which took 18 months to complete. He and Molly joined forces soon after. Today Fritz manages all of the building projects and oversees the property management portion of the business.
